There was no one there but the darkness, the silence and the sounds of two beating hearts.

"Look." He spoke and pointed at the girl's reflection. "What do you see?"

His voice was husky and a bit deep. It left the poor girl in a trance till she shook it off. Staring back at him with broken and lost eyes she remained quiet. He took a step towards her and caressed her face.

"I... see nothing."

'Nothing but a broken and lost girl.' The girl thought bitterly as she tried to pull away from the Yautja's hand. The Yautja didn't like that and forced her to look at him. Staring into her forest green eyes he spoke softly.

"That's what you think. What I see," he moved a strand away from her face before he continued. "Is a warrior... within you."

Nothing left my mouth as I stared at him in shock. He truly believed that I was part of this. The man, who I had lived with and served for months. The man who I had protected with my life and soul. I stood still while, as he backed away from me quickly. "I trusted you with my life." His cry pierced around the empty room. He looked so destroyed and hurt, but mostly his face portrayed rage and determation. "And I protected you with mine." I spoke back loudly. I didn't hear myself say it but I knew I did. I look into his eyes even from our distance they seemed to wallow me in darkness. "I gave you mine." My voice was quiet and cracked. His face changed only for a second before his old one took over again. He doesn't believe me. It doesn't matter what I say or do he won't listen. He will still believe I am the bad guy. Just as Kane said, we will never be equals, we will never be fellow humans. We will always be monsters to them. "Yakov, I am not the bad guy." I plead one last time. His Russian accent comes out harsh with his next words. "Your right," he pauses, "you are the villain." I stumble back as if I had just been stabbed in the chest. It was a horrible feeling. It was never good with the emotions and yet I recognize the feeling as heart beak. I barely breathe in air as I regain my posture. A battle cry from somewhere distracts me momentarily. I suddenly remember Ewan. I glare at Yakov one more time before I take off after the cries of battle. Jade believes she started the war among the human and her kind. Nothing is as it was portrayed. The lies and the truth are hidden among each other. There is is no clear good and evil. How can there be if one does not know what is right and what is wrong. ''Vasu!" I whispered. Both of them grabbed my hand, and she exclaimed, "It's following; we have to get the hell out of here!" I jerked my hand from their grip and ran towards the wolf. When I was near it, I stopped, standing just a few feet away. "Madhu! What the heck are you doing? It's trying to hurt us!" she said. I took a step forward and shook my head, almost whispering, "No... it's not." I began walking towards the wolf, and our eyes locked. I felt a spark; I swear, I'm not wrong. Suddenly, a wave of energy travelled behind me and hit the wolf, throwing it away. "Sweetheart! It hurts... tell them to stop it!" Vasu's voice echoed in my ears. I lifted a protective shield around me and the wolf. I took a step towards the wolf; they both shouted at me not to go near it, but I didn't listen. Once I was near the wolf, I looked into its eyes. "Vasu! ... It's Vasu," I shouted and took a step back. The wolf kept its eyes on mine. They continued yelling at me that it's not Vasu, but I knew. My heart knew it was him. I knelt down and placed my hand on his head. In that moment, his eyes turned into a deep, dark red shade. I gulped. "I know it's you. Please come back to me!" I said. With his eyes locked with mine, he nodded and shifted back to human. During the transformation, I heard his bones breaking. Within a few moments, he transformed back into human, and I gasped. "Sweetheart... it hurts..." he said and fainted . The girl, who has less confidence about herself, is a selfless individual, always putting her family's happiness before her own. She is willing to give up her love for the sake of her family's well-being. Similarly, the boy shares the same selfless mindset, being ready to sacrifice his love for her happiness. However, sometimes, fate has other plans. Their love possesses a healing power. However, when their pasts resurface and impact their lives, how will they handle each other? Mollie Malone's mission was simple. Get in, find the target, eliminate the target, and go home. Easy, right? So fucking wrong! The mission became a cluster fuck almost immediately. She remembers aliens who had acid for blood. And two big ass aliens that were fighting them. She was one of only two human survivors. And she's got the scars to prove it. Including the one it gave her. A nice looking alien letter just below her ear. And a baby to boot. Now Mollies on the run with her little knuckle headed baby Yautja Halkrath. When you're entrusted with the life of a Yautja clan chiefs pup, well you make damn sure you take good care of said pup. Especially when you swear you will to it's dying mother. Mollie and Halkrath are in for one hell of an adventure. Disclaimer: I did not create Weyland-Yutani or the Yautja, they belong to their creators. Also any pictures used do not belong to me, unless stated otherwise. I do own the Yautja tribe and people in this story. This story is an original work.
