Clarke can't handle the weight of Wanheda and disappears after Skaikru returns to Camp Jaha. Lexa returns to Polis after the war with the Mountain Men but learns from Indra the Clarke never went back to Camp Jaha. Lexa attempts to find Clarke and get her to come home.
