On one day in 1989, 43 infants are inexplicably born to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before. Eight are adopted by billionaire industrialist Sir Reginald Hargreeves, who creates the Umbrella Academy and prepares his "children" to save the world. Iris is one of those eight to be adopted and has a extraordinary power, she can shape shift into anything and anyone and take on its powers. Though durning a mission she takes it to far. Iris have been frozen for over 17 years, but when her dad dies she wakes up from this coma. Still in her 13 year old body she has to put up with her other now grown up siblings, except her adoptive brother who has just came back.
