All her life she's had it okay. She got away from her old and boring life in London, she moved to America. She was a top gymnast, she could hunt, speak Spanish and Sign Language. But when she was 14 everything changed. The world fell into chaos, flesh-eating zombies plague the earth. Not long after it all started she was separated from her best friend, who had been by her side since she moved at age 9. She soon was found by Camp Blue Sky, she was with them for almost 2 years, until it fell. Joining them now is a man who supposedly has the vaccine in his blood and needs to be delivered to a CDC lab in California. So, now she is being thrown into a dangerous mission, there will be adventure, chaos, death, love, and zombies. Join Ringer in her journey through the zombie apocalypse.

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. The Touch of Infection
Carisa's been running for her life the past two years. Loosing her loved ones and anyone she grows close to. The apocalypse was caused by an alien raise coming to earth and proclaiming they'll fix the planet. Their way to 'fix' it being destroying humanity with a plague. However they didn't expect the human body to be as persistent as it is, the infection they spread mutating and making humans reanimate with a hunger for flesh. They thought they could contain it, control it even, but it's spreading faster than they thought. The world is dying faster than ever before. And Carisa only want to survive, to make it to the next day, bumping into an Alien she thought she'd be petrified. But upon further inspection... their not that much different that humans. Curiosity at its peek with both of them and so she gains a tail always creeping behind her. The aliens just won't let her go. Story is written on my free time so it has a lot of typos, sorry. After the war ended, A few months passed. The state of Lancet was attacked. The central city; Karnas and the city of Velis was first to be targeted with the other cities status unknown. The country Avero that was subdued in the war a few months ago has launched an attack on the country of Novadel but it was something else, something dangerous they've hidden from the world and a large threat for everyone. Erin who retired from the military after the war is now just another traveler waiting for her flight for vacation in Aerodome until the world outside suddenly begins to fall apart. An unknown virus is spreading and ravaged the central city of Karnas that managed to reach Velis, Erin is now forced into a fight for survival. She ventures into the city of Velis and it's occupied surroundings. The more of the destruction caused by this unknown virus unfolds before her and this is what seems to be the start of a second war not with just humans but something more frightening and deadly. Warning: "The story contains gruesome descriptions of scenes with blood and gore, Readers may or may not find them unsettling.
