(#8 in Wallander/#10 in Magnus Martinsson/#493 in Detective)
When the former Ystad detective, Magnus Martinsson decides it's time for a change, he decides to move to London and work there. With his involvement in a huge huge European banking case and a recommendation from Kurt, he lands a job working for Scotland Yard. After his first few days of working, he starts to notice a female detective, who tends to keep to herself, he finds out that her name is Y/N Dickson, and he should stay away from her. Y/N Dickson is a very focused, clever, insightful, and most of all has the habit to be socially cold and closed off. In her mind emotions only hold one back and in turn, make it near impossible to focus on work, deduction in her case.
It doesn't take long for her to catch Magnus' eye and want to get to know her better, despite what others have told him. A lot of times other detectives at the Yard will compare her skill and mannerisms to that of the famous detective, Sherlock Holmes, who keeps solving case after case just like their very own Y/N, though she does a better job of staying out of the public's eye. Magnus, who has been trying to get closer to her and break through this "social and emotional distance" she has, he notices the change in the way she will behave when people compare her to Sherlock, and the fact that she doesn't take it as a compliment, seeing as he is a great detective.
Around the same time, a new and very big threat comes to London and everyone in Scotland Yard needs to be on their top game in order to make it through, and for the first time in a few months need to enlist the help of Sherlock Holmes. What will happen when all three of their paths meet, and could it be that Y/N Dickson is more then she seems?

||"Actually, Mr Parker. We were showing the new girl to her class." Seth says as he pushes me forward, in front of the whole class.
Seriously, how many people can they have in one class? There are like fifty people in here!
"Oh! And who do we have here?" Mr Parker asks. I remember him; he used to be my English teacher.
I sigh and look to the class, my eyes instantly lock with the most gorgeous blue eyes.
His messy blonde hair is styled in a sexy looking quiff, you can see the muscles showing from his thin grey shirt and he looks to be quite tall, even though he's sitting down. It's only a second before I realised who it is, Jaydon Hamilton.
I don't move my eyes away from him as I speak.
"Hazel Williams."
The whole class gasps.||
Hazel Williams has had a tough life, things went wrong when she was young.
So she put on weight, dyed her hair and was bullied by pretty much everyone in her school.
Especially one person in particular:
Jaydon Hamilton.
He's hot, smart, and popular. Everybody loves him and thinks he is a teenage form of God.
So Hazel leaves, she lives with her mum to escape the nightmare she experienced everyday.
Then she fixes herself.
And she comes back, she shows all those people that gave her hell how much she's changed.
But what happens when she becomes friends with three of the guys that were a big part of the plan to take her down.
And what if one of them is Jaydon?
Hazel is unsure, she knows she shouldn't trust these guys but they treat her as a real friend. Something she's never had before.
But does she realise what she could be getting herself into?
And what happens when the hate she used to feel towards Jaydon starts to turn into something else?
Because you can't start to love someone you hate.
Right?
