After Team Flash defeated Reverse Flash, Barry decided to leave Central City. He gets a job in the National City PD and tries to start a new chapter in his life, away from all the pain that he felt in Central City.
*AU after season 1, but in this Kara is in the same universe of the rest of the Arrowverse and Barry didn't go back in time, not creating the singularity and keeping Eddie and Ronnie alive. Also, Barry already knows Clark.*

There was a crime scene for a murder so CSI Barry Allen hurries there but of course being 10 minutes late. At CatCo, Snapper gave one of his reporters a task to go down to the crime scene.
