Frisk is able to communicate with another human, they can see and hear them.
Frisk and Chara are females in this AU.

Posttale (English UT/DR AU)
This story takes place after the events of the pacifist ending of Undertale, where all the monsters have already left the underground. However, that won't stop problems from starting again; Frisk and his friends will have to face a new threat. DISCLAIMER: This story is based on the fact that the first human fell underground in 2015 and the last in 2060. Undertale: Determination's Demon.
After constantly being rewound back to when he'd first fell to the Underground at the end of netrual run, 13 year old Frisk hears a voice in his head that he'd never heard Before and began to find his body being controlled by another force of some type, forcing him to do Genocide. Will continue in Determination's Destination. Undertale and Characters seen in the games belong to Toby Fox. New characters NOT in Deltarune or Undertale games belong to me. While based off of the cannon game, it is still an AU of sorts, so don't expect 100% accuracy to the game's dialogue and story.
