Joseph Federico of NJ has a long career at NJ Micro Electronic Testing, Inc. He joined the company in 1978. He attended the Metropolitan Technical Institute and obtained his associate's degree, then entered Fairleigh Dickinson University where he earned his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering technology. He strives for excellence and efficiency in everything he does in his capacity as Vice President and Director of Operations at NJMET. Instrumental to his leadership role was his work to co-develop the military and aerospace reliability department at the company.
