towards the end of the Great War, the former orphan y/n, who was adopted by Joey Drew, what is the creator of bendy the cartoon. His animations people comfort in this war. But that was over 40 years ago. 

Team RWBY go on a field trip to the ruins of Joey Drew studio to see where the former animator worked his legendary pieces before he was murdered and the studio went up in flames.

Y/n is freed by Henry and starts doing around the world of Remnant in a new era and must face off against not only the Grimm, but also the Horrors that Atlas had thought they had contained forever.
