If you're one of those weirdos that actually reads the description, basically, (spoilers if you haven't seen Kokichi's love hotel) but in this fan fic, it is the universe of Kokichi's love hotel. Kokichi is a phantom thief, and Saihara is a Detective. Everyone in town knows of the wealthy 16-year-old gentleman named Ouma; he's heard to be charming, host parties often, and he somewhat mysterious, although, no one knows how Kokichi is so wealthy. Anytime someone tries to ask him about it, he seems to avoid giving direct answers or disappears around a corner. A well-know detective named Shuichu Saihara, despite being only 17, has lots of people praise him for his intelligence ever since he solved a very complex case, mainly on accident.
