Prisoner number 307 was create and raised in a government based facility that experiments on humans in order to create superhumans. 307 was the first experiment that didn't work out and be ended up becoming a super genius. But, he thinks it's because of how he was taught and not the consist experiments placed on him. Turns out, his doctor is insane and a vampire, and wants to take total control of 307.
