White World

Imagine growing up where all you know is technology. Everything around you is in shades of white, gray, and blue. No other colors exist. People don't know what real trees look like, how big an ocean is, what a real animal felt like. Everyone is blind because they live in such luxury. They have technology that allows them to converse over dinner without so much as making a movement, it only requires a thought.

This is the world 16 year old Ally Harris lives in. She hates the world around her, wanting to experience color and simple things like the itchiness of grass. Ally is exposed to more than normal people because her grandmother was alive during the days before White World was built. Grandma shows ally what the world used to look like before it became a blank slate and because of that Ally wants to know more.

It's only after the death of her Grandmother that Ally decides to take action, she wants to leave White World, something no one has ever wanted to do. So she sets out on an adventure where she meets people, goes places, and discovers the secret behind White World and the reason it was really created.
