Katherine was born just like every other baby. Except for the fact that she had glowing red eyes, the capability to heal from any injury, and the ability to move things with her mind. Katherine's mother was a witch, and her father was the alpha of one of the largest werewolf packs. Having never left Oregan Katherine knew only the small part of the world in which she was raised, surrounded by trees, earth, and nature. Her parents kept her away from people, fearful that she would lose control and risk hurting others. When violence arose between Katherine's father and her older sister they both fall and Katherine ends up as the one with her father's power. When Katherine's mother dies during a big spell Katherine is left alone with no one to turn to and an empty world around her. But is this family really the one she came from? Or did Katherine come from somewhere else, somewhere where there were more creatures like her, creatures with strange abilities and strange marks on their sides.
