Wolf boy

One winter afternoon, a boy meets a white wolf and they both form an unbreakable bond. Not long after, the wolf dies at the same time, a boy is born. 14 years later the boy has reached the age of 27, he still goes to the woods where he first meet his wolf friend. After two weeks of being in a private school/academy, he meets a boy, his eyes had the same blue color as did the wolf. After three years of the two boys dating, he starts to have dreams of him in the woods, the same woods he was in when he met the wolf. But instead of the wolf, it was the boy.

He wakes up every night and looks at his boyfriend, after the third week of have that dream, he finally asks him if he had a spirit animal. The body answers honestly and finally, he gets to see his wolf friend again.
