Sting just became the new guild master, his hands are full not to mention that his girlfriend, Yukino, is also very annoyed if she doesn't get his attention all day.
Rogue on the other hand is struggling as well, with taking care of himself, Frosch, and even Lector. No one noticed his changes other than the exceeds but they are still to oblivious to see what Rogue is thinking and how he is feeling.
