September 20th, 2024. I'm the last one to arrive at our apartment in Paris which means I'll get what ever room is not taken, It's ok, because I'm excited to be here studying.
I introduce myself to my roommates and they seem alright. They knew each other from before and are already clicky. I go to unpack my suitcase and settle in, when the sun came beaming into my room, something shiny is reflecting into my eyes from my closet. Not being able to reach it , I pull my chair over.
