Being a lover of the rain was one of your many qualities. You loved feeling the droplets of water collide against your soft skin. You were admired by your classmates, neighbors, and especially your mother. You were a kind soul. But being too kind has it's consequences. One of them lead to an accident.

One rainy morning, as you were headed to school, walking down the busy streets of Busan with your opened umbrella, your sight stopped on a figure standing in the middle of the road. The silhouette was of a young man looking down at the dark colored concrete pavement as his clothes were dripping wet and the rain was pouring over him. But he made no movement whatsoever; not even a small flinch. When you saw a set of bright shining headlights headed his way, your body lunged forward unconsciously; you needed to save him.

Nothing else mattered at the moment. You just had one thought in your mind and that was to save him; not knowing how your life would change in every aspect possible after that ecounter.
