Uh hi, so yeah... Ummm... My name is anonymous , I am sixteen, uhh and I was diagnosed with severe anxiety last year. I write true stories and I want to share my experience, so other people can relate, so if you do just you know... comment down below. I am very observant and this is just a bunch of random thoughts that go through my head.

Avalon has the good look, good grades, friends, three wonderful brothers, caring and loving parents. Everyone would think she has everything, and that was probably true a few years ago. But life is unpredictable, and after some bad events, her life is turned upside down. The once cheerful, bubbly, and always smiling girl is now a beautiful mess. Between nightmares, panic attacks, insomnia, and more, she starts hating this town she cherishes so much and everything that brings her memories. That's why she decided to leave and never come back again, at least until she is in a better state. Pieces of Me.
Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain.
