Ang Domnu ay kwento ng makabagong panahon kung saan ang mga aliens, witches and wizards, monsters at mga tao, ay normal na nakikisalamuha sa isa't isa.
Mortal na magkaaway ang pinuno ng Rahkanai at Airapos city- ang dalawang mayayamang syudad sa daigdig. Agawan ng trono at paghahari sa buong mundo ang layunin ng bawat kupunan. Malakas ang pwersa ng Rahkanai city dahil sa hawak nila ang apat na pinakamagagaling na Nielas Warriors- sina Alino, Nagda, Yanbat at Aslon. Ngunit hindi magpapatalo ang Airapos dahil sa hinubog nitong mga mandirigma para labanan at puksain ang buong Rahkanai.
Samahan natin sila Alino, Nagda, Yanbat at Aslon sa kanilang pakikibaglaban para sa kapayapaan at muling pag-isahin ang nawatak na mundo dahil sa kasakiman ng mga kalaban.
