Eighteen-year-old Theodore Coleman expected his summer to be spent preparing himself for college or working at a part-time job he didn’t care for. Unexpectedly, Theodore’s mother decides he should spend his last free summer with his father in North Carolina, who he hasn’t seen in four years. Theodore is then sent packing, living with his father in his beach house. During his time there, Theodore meets friends and enemies; but most importantly, The Lurkers.
