Opal hadn't known that she had powers until she embarked on a perilous adventure across the island of Pyrexia. And not just any power, the power of a Quartz! Something mysterious has set off the wrath of the VoidWings and Opal and her friends, Sea, Stardust and Drift set off across the continent to find out what's going on and stop it. Will they succeed or will the tribes be lost in shadows?

A little snippet of my story.

Sea slithered up and bared her fangs. Stardust walked up and illuminated her wings and Opal went in front of both of them already digging her claws into the earth.
"Opal what are you doing!?" Sea and Moonstone asked. Opal said nothing and dug her claws harder. Small crystals started to grow at the entrance. The VoidWings stopped their assault and looked on with wide eyes. The crystals grew fast, covering the entrance to Unakite's main cave. Opal left a little hole to poke her head through. Instead Sea poked her head through and hissed loudly at the four VoidWings. Through the pale translucent crystals Opal could just about see all four VoidWings rift away.All Rights Reserved

Wrote this in middle school very cringe. Snowdrift isn't like other dragons. She is a frostscales, so her scales radiate frost nobody can touch her or be near her in case of accidents. Now she has a chance to meet new dragons at Jade Mountain Academy. She meets a friend who is a firescales, so he can touch her, his name is Falcon, he is a Skywing. Snowdrift likes him, a lot. Except the Ice Kingdom is melting and there is going to be a war between the Skywings and Icewings. Who will win? Part 2: Falcon and ShiftingSky go off to the new Ice Kingdom. Once there an unexpected event happens. The three dragons go back and get there revenge. Part 3: The Skywings and Icewings are at peace now but not for long food and wateris gonna run out, ShiftingSky knows that, so she goes off alone to restore the Ice Kingdom.

As time goes on Tsunami becomes worse and worse, to the point to where Clay can no longer ignore it and pretend everything's fine. But how can he stop Tsunami and be her friend at the same time? Would he have to choose one or the other? Turtle was always just a nobody in the sea. Then out of of blue Turtle loses his mother and father in one day, and his new sister, Tsunami, who seems to have popped out of nowhere, becomes the queen of the SeaWings. He was almost certain that she had some kind of evil inside her, but who would stop her, where was the hero? Turtle didn't know until he met and saved someone, who told him he was the hero. But can a nobody orphan really be a hero? Expect Tsunami and other character to act differently, but they will mostly be themselves (besides Tsunami). Snowflake was a normal icewing dragonet. Blueish-white scales and a disciplined, icy personality, living within his parent's sixth circle. As normal as normal can get. He had no idea how much his life was about to change. His goal was to become the highest ranked adult dragon in his family, and his dream was already in reach. He just turned six years old, and through hard work and tiresome training, he had made it to the top of the fifth dragonet circle. If only he could reach the fourth circle by his seventh birthday, he would be happy with being an upper-middle class citizen of the ice kingdom. However, there are many dragons attempting to thwart his success. The lowerclass icewings are jealous of his advancements, while the higherclass are skeptical. While dealing with these challenges, Snowflake discovers a strange rock after following a streak of light deep within the tundra. Upon touching the rock, his claws fill with power unlike any other. Cleril, Glorybringer, Ripnami, Starspeaker, Moonbli, and Turtlejou all go to Pryhhia Collage. What type of mysteries are they going to uncover? What will happen? There will be friendship, drinking, partying, love, and breaking up. Don't worry the ones above don't break up but some of them are in previous relationships but then they break up with them. So, if you are a Winterwatcher fan or a Sunnyflight fan you may not want to read this one. I hope you do read it so you can at least enjoy some Glorybringer, Cleril, Ripnami, and Turtlejou! Yeah, I know yet another Wings of fire fanfic, and this time the MC is a SkyWing I'm sorry, but I just wanted to try this out for myself and write this. I hope you'll like it! Desc: Gemstone knew that she wasn't unique, but her friends and even her minidress kept telling her that she was indeed memorable. she had individual orange-red scales, and while this didn't seem different if you looked closely, you could see golden veins running through them. Kestrel, one of her minders and the dragon she was closest with of the adults, thought that she had gotten firesales, but it proved that Gemstone wanted one. She could touch the others without burning them to a crisp. But all her peace and training gets interrupted by an escape plan her friends are playing. While Gemstone is an unusual dragonet, she will discover that life isn't so dull after all.

NOTE: This takes place in a timeline where a school year has already passed without the whole Darkstalker drama. Everything else happend including Carnelians death and the whole Icicle being dream visited by scarlet which means scarlet is dead. Also the JW don't know about moons powers. (Peril knows about Turtle being an animus) In other words it's close to Canon but not quite.
