It was the last day of school. The last chance to tell my crush, Jacob Whitesides, that I liked him. I always chickened out when I was trying to tell him. This time it was going to happen. I got up and got dressed and did my hair. I went to get a bowl of cereal then head out. After eating I kissed my dad goodbye. I didn't live that far from school, so I walked everyday. I had a car but didn't need a reason to use it unless I was hanging out with friends, and I could use the exercise. I wasn't skinny at all. I wasn't a size 0 or 2, but I was cool with who I was. When I got to school I walked into homeroom and saw Jacob. We sat next to each other and we were good friends, best friends you could say. "Hey Zozey!" He called me that. I liked when he called me that. He has had that name for me for as long as I can remember. "Hey Goober." I called him that.
