Everything is changing, chaos is all you know, dark memories and regrets come out again, there is no hope. But there is a chance.
It's year 3437: complete discord, meaningless full-blown war. A world war, the 17th world war to be exact. Russia is planning to put the world out of it's misery. There's a plan for those who have a heart to servive. It has good intentions, but if it goes wrong, there is no future. Or worse: a future more cruel than the present. Only the best survive. Tests must be run on the youth and there is something supernatural created. Nothing is certain and no one is safe.
Remember the fallen and those you must fear.

Seventy-four years has been long enough. The way of the infamous Hunger Games has been altered. No longer is every Gamemaker out to devise the worst means of torture and death for every tribute. No longer are the people of Panem outwardly tolerant of President Snow's murderous actions. Under the facade of a normal group of Gamemakers, several rebellious citizens have begun an experiment which, if it succeeds, will make use of technology both to rescue the tributes before they are dead and then deposit the brainwashed children back in time.
