Sometimes I even wish I knew what it was like for people who have gone through these types of situations, just for a day. Because I've never been beaten up, my mom doesn't drink, or anything bad that happens to your character in this book, and I just wanted to write a story where the main character had a not-so-good-life like Anti, and they fall in love.
