Louis, a previous gastric bypass patient, now works at the hospital where the life-saving surgery was performed on him. His job is to talk to help motivate and reassure patients in line for the surgery. It's in the same room he was in five years ago where he meets Harry, twenty seven years old and six hundred thirty-nine pounds, striving for his weight and life to do a three hundred sixty degree turn around.
