The Flare

Gerard has never known a world of warmth and comfort. Born in the aftermath of The Flare, Gerard and Mikey, along with their aging caretakers, must fight constantly for survival. On what should be a routine scavenging mission, Gerard and Mikey are accosted by a group of malicious raiders, only to be saved by a reckless stranger who rapidly changes Gerard's idea of what it means to be alive.
