"What the hell are you doing on my fricking bed?" Wide-eyed and furious, I sat up in my bed staring at the dark figure at the edge of it. The same dark figure that was POKING MY FEET.

"Sitting." The dark figure sarcastically says with a deep beautiful voice. AHHHH there is a boy on my bed!! I grab my phone and turn on my flashlight to see the dark figure with the sexy voice. On the end of my bed sat a tall, beautifully tanned, brown eyed, messy black hair in a pompadour, and in a full stereotypical bad-boy outfit. EEK! There is a fricking cute boy on the edge of my bed. Ok Stellaluna, get your act together, you have a boyfriend, remember? But it doesn't hurt to look.

Stellaluna is a sixteen-year-old girl who lives behind a wall of lies.
Gavin is a seventeen-year-old boy who is on the verge of dying.
After going into a coma after a motorcycle accident and finding himself on a girl's bed, he takes on the role of her imaginary friend. No one else can see or feel him and so with his help, Gavin begins to knock down the wall of lies. Gavin soon discovers he can control his temporary comas while lying in a hospital bed. He's just searching for a will to live and he thinks Stellaluna can help him. Stellaluna is searching for the truth and looking for trust and she needs Gavin to save her. Through the night Gavin awakes from his coma, but through the day he goes back to Stellaluna. Will Gavin find his will to live? Will Stellaluna walk away from the wall of lies unharmed? Or will they both get burnt in the process?
