The universe won't let Spike Spiegel die. Not even after he's finally woken up from his dream. He has knocked on heaven's door, but it seems life still has other doors for the aimless man to open.

After the former cowboy's single handed, violent attack, the once mighty Red Dragon crime syndicate has to rebuild from scratch. Venomous lower ranked members will find themselves competing for respect amongst their peers and the chance to lead the organization. For that purpose, Spike finds himself being nursed back to health only to be used as a throwaway pawn in a power conflict.

Running away from her past, the iron-cold Thyra Jarn barely gets by while working as a musician. She unknowingly gets involved with the Red Dragon and ends up with the task of caring for a mysterious stranger on the verge of death. Life will be handing her a mirror, so that she can wake up from her own dream.

Spike and Thyra don't easily get along, yet they eventually find themselves unwilling to leave one another. Will they realize how antagonistically well they compliment each other?All Rights Reserved
