Dr. Mierre finally graduated. It took a lot of blood, sweat, and humiliation, but he has promised himself he will work on his passion and make all those doubtful peers eat their sour words.
Three years later and he quite obviously has achieved...
nothing.
He's eating his own dust, his last bit of money spent on a laboratory to study a city just outside of Hiroshima.
This is how he thinks he'll die. A nobody, useless, and unhelpful to any scientific discoveries to come.
Might as well do research while he's at it.
It's this research that brings him to a potential breakthrough larger than Nuclear bombs themselves.
