When the war was over people began to change. The limits of physical and psychological power shifted. The supernatural became the natural. The impact of the war was greater than ever expected, children were being born with 'gifts'. These 'gifts' had the power to shake mountains, twist seas and shape storms. These 'gifts' were accessed on the child's 16th birthday. When their name is said their power formed. The leaders of the land saw this as a threat to their rule. They decreed that only 5 names were available for each gender. The names with the lowest power. The ceremony of the 16s was what every child would dread. Their future being decided. With a raise of a fist. Their name said. Their power unlocked. Their fate changed. Names have never been so powerful.
