Even though she alone she never seemed to mind. Kelly is moving to her third foster home for her junior year of high school in Sacramento California. She has already gotten used to her routine. But what will happen when Ricky takes a sudden interest in her only for a bet. Will she fall for him and forget her rules or has Ricky finally met his match.
