Every Nephilim knows the story of Jonathan Shadowhunter, and how he saved the world from massive demonic destruction. But he was never alone, for he had a Guardian Angel. Centuries passed and Jonathan is little more than a legend, but his Angel is just a story, something made up to fill in the gaps. Old books transcribe that she was to become the Guardian of the Earth after Jonathan died, but she hasn't been seen in over 300 years. Magnus is 400 years though, and he knows her perfectly well. Another war is brewing, for Lilith is angered that her child, Sebastian, was murdered. And to conquer a Greater Demon, you're going to need a Guardian Angel. NOTE: SET 1 YEAR AFTER THE DARK WAR (CITY OF HEAVENLY FIRE). THERE MAY BE SPOILERS FROM THE SIXTH INSTALMENT OF THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS.
