Kitsune, a fox, lives with his father, mother, younger sister, and his older brother. They lived in a forest, not far from the humans. One day, there was a forest fire. Kitsune manages to escape the fire except for his father, mother, and sister. There were no signs of his older brother corpse. Later, Kitsune met Buko, a fairy. She helps Kitsune live by transferring his soul into a human. Kitsune's human name is Hakari Fukumoto. A delinquent in a high school. Hakari was the shadow king of the town he lives in. He was the strongest delinqent until another delinquent took his throne. Of course, Kitsune have no memory of Hakari's life. So people thinks that the previous Hakari lost his memories in a fight. With the help of Buko and some friends, Kitsune grew to become stronger and better. Soon, he found out that his older brother also met a fairy. The identity of the new shadow king is, Kitsune's older brother! In the end, Kitsune defeated his brother and took back his throne. People once knew him as a monster, ruthless. But he proved to them, he's actually a nice guy.
