- Bab 24
Two years after the events of Devil May Cry 4, Dante returns to Fortuna Island, where he once again crosses paths with Nero, who is now the leader of an organization called "Golden Fortuna". Soon it becomes clear that this reunion is not solely about peace and harmony. A sudden attack by a large horde of demons suggests unrest in the demon world. As chaos erupts, Dante-and especially Nero-must confront the true meaning of the Devil Bringer, along with the consequences tied to its power. Upon accepting a mission offered by a mysterious woman named Hera, Dante is confronted with truths he could never have imagined: alongside the demon world, there exists another realm inhabited by entirely different beings, connected to Hera. Furthermore, the main troublemaker of the demon world, whose plan it is to take Mundus' place, arises, endangering humanity yet again. Unaware of the full magnitude of what lies ahead-but with his usual carefree swagger-Dante dives headfirst into what may become his final adventure: a journey that will test him like never before. The uncertain truth that all events and destinies are subject to a more than 2,000-year-old prophesied natural law revives a chapter believed to be completed for Dante...

To Be Human
V(VERGIL) X ORIGINAL CHARACTER Vergil's fall from grace has always been shrouded in mystery and even more so, his time spent as V, the physical embodiment of his humanity. A night spent in passion with the woman he's loved for years unfurls some of the hidden thoughts of the few days prior to the battle with Urizen as well as reveals the hidden emotions he held for her for years. With recounting his time as V, Vergil is able to work through a lot of the feelings he had previously deemed he was unworthy to experience. Esme has been devoted to Vergil's ideals for years, blossoming from the day he saved her life from the servitude of her church. Having endured the torture of losing her life alongside of the his, whom she loves more than anything, when awakened and freed, Esme continues to dream of that very loss as a reminder of what she perceives as being incapable. Even after being reunited with him and being undyingly loved by him, Esme continues to muse about that time period amongst other mysteries. It is during Vergil's unloading, Esme is able to find what grounds her to the moment and solidify her place at his side as the strong, devoted, and loving woman she is. **This story follows Stay in the same universe. Devil May Cry: Revolution
Friendships will be tested, brothers will be brought together and torn apart and a king will realize his limits. It all starts when the flames of the palace burn their brightest and an innocents blood is spilled. PREQUEL to my other story, Devil May Cry: Restitution! This is the first fan fiction I wrote and completed back in 2009. It was originally posted to my deviantART account on August 3rd, 2009 but I decided to migrate some of my work from over there to my profile here for a change in scenery. Nothing about the story has changed nor do I intend on changing anything about it. It's an old story that went on for a while and now it's done so the writing here compared to my newer works may appear 'lesser' but hey it was my first real story ;D We all start somewhere yeah? I also need to mention that the original characters that appear in this story and it's sequel posted on my deviantART account are NOT, and I repeat, NOT fan characters I made for the Devil May Cry franchise. These characters are ones that I created for a book series I'm writing called di-móni-ak and are entirely copyrighted to me in every respect under the Canadian Copyright Law.
