hey I'm 14 y/o girl who wants to lose weight cus well yes I know my BMI is healthy but I'm still not happy with my body... so there is some rules that I will need to follow 🥥kcal intake 1000-1200🥥 🥥do sports 3times a week 🥥 🥥no fatty stuff like McDonald's and burger king etc. (it's not like I like them after all it tastes like oil to me..)🥥 🥥no sugar well 15-20grams a day 🥥
