It was the spring of 1936 in the small town of Arcton. Sheriff's daughter Bethena Hartley, a very proper lady with an innocent heart at 15. 

Soon, a family full of treasures and riches moved in their town, and of the son of the said family full with looks, riches, humbleness. Malcolm Raeburn, 18. 

But as the World War 2 begins, Malcolm was forced to enlist and be seperated to his family, friends and Bethena.
