Xea and her girlfriend, Amia, have been together for over a year now. However, Amia is still slightly doubtful of Xea's love, and doesn't see her beauty. To Xea, Amia is the most beautiful person ever, not just physically, but also mentally and her soul as well. Xea knows Amia has her doubts despite their year long relationship, as she has her own too. Xea knows very well that she deserves every doubt Amia has, that doesn't change the hurt she feels by it, but it's the truth. Xea struggles to show Amia how beautiful she is and just how much she truly loves her. She struggles with her own self image, and may be a hypocrite, but she tries. And Amia has said trying is enough but Xea can't see that. Xea only wishes that Amia would see herself through her eyes. Amia wishes the same as Xea. She's aware Xea struggles with her self image and of what she has gone though and done. Amia is aware of her girlfriend's doubts. She knows it's just her fear speaking, but it doesn't change the fact that it hurts. Amia wants Xea to see what she sees when she looks at her. Will Amia finally see herself through Xea's eyes? Will Xea finally see herself through Amia's eyes? Read to find out.

"I wonder what it would be like to be loved. Real genuine love. The kind of love where you roll over in bed on a Saturday morning and see your lover. Your hair looks like a wreck, bad morning breath, crusties in the corners of your eyes and your partner still looks at you like you're the most beautiful person they have ever seen. The kind of love where even though you have been together for years, your whole body still overheats when they touch you." This is what Taylor is thinking about. Her mental illness, trust issues, and childhood trauma has made it impossible for her to be able to give and receive love like a normal person. Or as close to normal as you can be in this messed up world. All she wants is the love you see in the fairy tales, but all she chooses is intolerable messed up boys, and not real gentleman. So, what happens when she actually does meet that real gentleman? Will her insecurities, past traumas and mental illness get in the way? Or will she get her happily ever after? ***NOT FINISHED.
