He shrugged and stepped closer to me, invading my personal space while his deep brown eyes pierced through me. I looked up at him, noticing the tiny specks of yellow in his irises and swallowed nervously as his tattooed hands leaned against the counter behind me for support, caging me in as the exquisite scent of Carter's cologne filled my senses.

"We've always had fun together, and I'm up for a little fun tonight. How 'bout you, Les?"

Carter Price and Lesley Martin used to be friends when it came to her older brother, Will. After he graduated and left town in hopes to escape his past, they slowly parted and were brought together again at their last back to school party as seniors. A night with Carter Price has Lesley wanting more when emotions and feelings become more involved. Adventures she's never thought of going on opens her eyes up to new things that Carter's willing to give her.

Ella is falling apart trying to live a "perfect" high school life. Then she meets Ren, who can see past her scars.
