Logan wasn't there, he should of been there. If he was, maybe it would of gone differently. Maybe Patton would still be here, lying in their bed and humming in his sleep, that sound slowly coaxing Logan to fall asleep after a long, hard day of work but he was alone in his bed, his feeling of cold a large contrast to the feeling of warmth he felt when Patton still around.
He missed the small, loving glances.
He missed the bright smile he received every single time Patton saw him without faulter.
He missed the kisses on the cheek as he left for work.
He missed the warm hugs in bed.
He just missed his husband.
But now Patton was gone, taking Logan's happiness and hope with him and there was nothing Logan could do about it.
