Love Is Blind is what I've always said. Why? Well here's my theory.

Why do we always fall in love with the hero in romance novels? It's not because we can see their handsome faces it's because we live and see into their mind, heart and soul. That right there to me is the answer to love.

Falling for someone can be done blindly, we don't need looks to help build infatuation, we need heart and soul to see the real person to fall in love with.

Now after a slightly drunken night with my best friend, I blurt to her my theory on love which she doesn't believe could be true.

Being one not to let down a challenge I decide to prove to her I can make even the most hard headed man around fall for me over only messages.

It's not until the next morning when I receive a message from my boss for an impromptu meeting that I relalise what I've done.

I've got to make Mr Stubborn-Hotshot-Cowboy-Boot-Wearing Blake to fall in love with me.

It can't be that hard, right?

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
