The Magi

For as long as human kind had existed there has been two branches, the humans non magical beings and the magi beings who have the ability to control a certain element such as fire, earth, air, water, light, dark and I believe a few more. But, about 200 years or so during the Americans revolution a hatred grew, and then grew the magi are no longer appreciated for the brilliant talents they are hatred and feared. They are forced to register at birth as a marking always appears on a magis skin usually revealing the element they control. Of course a few magi over the centuries have escaped this near death like sentence, registered magi are completely controlled by the government and have barley any say in what happens to them. I, as some would say, am lucky I am the few who did escaped registration, this is the story of how I, with some much needed assistance, helped begin another revolution, the magis revolution.
