Zoe Smith is written in first person view, in Zoe's view. Zoe is a 15 year old girl who is constantly being bullied by the older, popular girls in school, named Kylie and Tatum. Zoe has a son named Adrian, she was raped at age 13. Zoe's father, Jamie tried to talk her into an abortion, but she couldn't bring herself to the idea of killing an unborn child, and she didn't want her precious son being given to a random family, so she decided to keep him. Dre is Zoe's older brother. He's 16, a junior in high school and dates one of the most popular girls in school, Kylie Wilson. Zoe has always been a good girl, who always did the right thing and never made anyone mad. She got to her sophomore year of high school and everything changed. Zoe began being more mean to people she was in school with, and lost her best friend because of it. Zoe felt so lonely that she wanted everyone gone from her life, so she decided to take everyone out, one by one.
