Scars. They show what you have done and what you have been through.
I had tons; some from falling off my bike as a kid, running into a couple glass tables, even from a dinner date gone wrong.
The thing about scars though is they never go away; ever.
Yeah, you can over them with makeup everyday but that won't change it. Because at the end of the day when you remove all the makeup or take off the clothing you put on to cover it, it's still there.
Reminding you of what happened.
