You would run through the towering aisles clinging to the hope she is around the corner, maybe in the cereal section.  It can be bittersweet: that moment of completely and utterly terrifying freedom.  Well you never would have experienced that sliver of life if you didn't escape for a glimpse into the unknown.  Sometimes what hurts us the most can build us the strongest.
