Have you ever been lost? It's like not being able to find your mom at the grocery store when you were younger. You would run through the towering aisles clinging to the hope she is around the corner, maybe in the cereal section. It can be bittersweet: that moment of completely and utterly terrifying freedom. Well you never would have experienced that sliver of life if you didn't escape for a glimpse into the unknown. Sometimes what hurts us the most can build us the strongest.

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. So I wrote my pain in poems, it did help but having to think my friends or Family would never understand. I was wrong. Mental health matters. Volume. IComplete
