Oblivion, A Timeless Void
The sword stained with 'her' blood always dragged her back into the same dream. A field of forget-me-nots. A bed of broken snow. The nine-year-old her that never learned to forgive. Yet Alcestis still yearned to fall asleep again every night. There, she would meet her - the sun that shone within the haven of her dreams. Basking in her gentle embrace, she would shed every lash, every tear, every prayer whispered in a dark basement - all for the woman who had become her whole world. But what remains of a soul after everything is stripped away? Her resolve etched in blood, she leaves behind the only life she'd known, tracing the trail of her parents - heroes whose past posed more questions than it ever answered. Her path lit by the faint glow of Glacies, she stumbles upon the doorstep of her past, where only embers of hope were left behind... and where a lone flame sparks anew. Oblivion bloomed in the wake of her footsteps - a void where memories and dreams refuse to let the past disappear beneath the rubble of fallen kings and worlds. But on the edge of the void that bleeds into dreams, where the living brush against the bygone and everything is thrown away... ...What if she dared to dream once more?![WARRIOR QUEEN • N. Deceiving Passion
I couldn't answer him. I didn't know what to say to him. I didn't think I could really say anything to him. I did not want to face the facts of what had happened, or the consequences I knew were soon to follow. I just wanted to avoid it all. I wanted to deceive the passion that was burning deep inside of me, and simply forget that any of this had ever happened. I wished to pretend that I hadn't slept with Marius, and betrayed Eponine. I wished that it was Enjolras who I truly loved, and wanted to spend the rest of my life with. But I simply couldn't. You can't deceive passion. No matter how much I had wanted to. I couldn't. It was too late. _______________________________________________________ I did not create the characters or settings used within this plotline. That was Victor Hugo. The Wolven King {18+} (Sample)
[COMPLETED] As I was beginning to relax, a new terror coursed through my body at his next word, "Strip." "Ex-excuse me?" I blurted out. I wasn't getting undressed in front of him, I barely knew him. He must have been trying to gain something from me and I doubted my fear and embarrassment was what he wanted. Adrenous didn't say anything as he drew his hands up my back and halted at the laces of my dress. I felt him tug at one of the nots and I instantly pulled away and turned to face him, no longer caring that his manhood was out for all to see. Just like that part of him, he too was a dick. "I'm not getting undressed in front of you!" I yelled at him. "Your mine, Alivia," My name passed his lips easily and hearing him say it did things to me which I didn't want to admit. Instead I glared at him, he said I was his as if I was some kind of possession that he could do with as he pleased. He added, "Let me take care of you." I didn't know what he meant by that, all I knew was that I had no intention of doing as he had asked. ✨🌕✨ BOOK ONE OF THE KING SERIES ⚠️ WARNING: this book is mature and should only be read if you are 18+. TARNISHED SILVER
"Beckett thinks I like you," I announced. Oh my god, Lara! Shut up! My grip wavered as his hand came around my face, holding my cheek in his delicate touch. He brushed his thumb against my lower lip, his eyes averting back-and-forth between my eyes and lips. He ran his fingers up my abdomen, gliding it up my cleavage to my mouth. My hold on him softened until I completely let go-my hand falling limp in between us. My pulse throbbed in my wrist. He tilted my face up. "Do you?" My breathing picked up pace as I tried to concentrate on my feelings. His hands roamed about my body, leaving a trail of burning sensation to grow from his intoxicating touch. "Do you?" I countered. He smirked, his thumb grazing harder against my lips. He inched his face closer to mine. My heartbeat picked up pace. I didn't know what to do. My body froze as I tried to comprehend my next move. God! Why couldn't this be as easy as sparring? "I don't know, Lara," he said. He dipped his head low, and my eyes automatically fell shut. "Do I?" His lips crashed on mine. *** Lara Deadwings is a silver-blooded girl in a world full of red-bloods who won't accept her in the society. Beatrix: The Lost Noble
Wanna know something that maybe Diabolik lovers creator didn't approve ? Born into a noble family, Beatrix was expected to follow the strict rules of high society, where men held power, and women were seen as mere ornaments. However, she refused to conform. Unlike the other noblewomen, Beatrix possessed remarkable intelligence and a sharp mind, earning admiration from some and disdain from others. The townspeople whispered behind her back, calling her "dirty noble" or "dirty-mud-ball" simply because she dared to be different. But Beatrix had no interest in their approval-her only goal was to find her missing older sister and escape the suffocating town that refused to accept her. Little did she know, her journey would lead her into the path of Karlheinz, a man who was far more than he appeared. Their fated meeting would set in motion events that would change the course of her life-and the supernatural world-forever. A/N: Set in 1884, during the Victorian era. Since Beatrix from Diabolik Lovers has no backstory, I will create one for her. It may not be entirely accurate, but I wanted to explore how she met Karlheinz and how everything happened. 📜 THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL ©️ : Rejet
