As I look out at the almost empty harbor and the frozen sea, I can feel my heart stir its been a long time since I was captured and shipped off the island far from the ongoing conflicts on the northern continent, I can remember the family I lost sometimes I wake from the nightmares of the battle but a time for revenge will soon come.

His home was in a small town that was populated by no more than 30 people, and nearby was a cryogenics testing facility in the form of a vault. The company that owned it, Vault-Tec, was a government-funded organisation that worked to find ways to preserve human life in the case of global disaster: environmental, nuclear, or otherwise. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts.
