The Last Letter.

Kingston Gray is bed bound and on his last legs. He's 17 years old and dying from a rare disease that affects roughly 1 in 8000. His best friend Sebastian has been living with his uncle for the last three months and has no idea that Kingston is losing his battle with cystic fibrosis. They write to each other everyday, so Kingston always makes up stories to tell his friend because he doesn't want to worry him.
