She has never gotten along well with Peter so when her parents are sent to the front during the war and she stays behind with the Pevensies at least she is friends with his younger siblings. Not long after they depart for Professor Kirke's house in the country due to the war and she is glad at least to go with them. Perhaps she will even grow accustomed to Peter. They soon discover a hidden world in a wardrobe called Narnia but is that all Katherine and Peter find, or will she and Peter find that what they have been looking for has been there all along.
