The blood of a boy and a girl violently opposed, but perilously similar. Gifted with Source, a powerful magic from interstellar beings known only as Celestials, they were born blessed; or as they view it, cursed. One tormented by the past that breaks his heart, one facing a future that will destroy her spirit, the two are more alike than they are different... and perhaps this is what makes them hate each other so very much. Yes, the world will rise or fall by blood... but who will bleed? And who will wield the sword?

We often dream about living in a world far different from our own. It's nice to dream about it, after all reality is disappointing.
