Some say the world will end in ice, some in fire, some in darkness. But truly, the world as it is known will rise or fall by something far more simple- blood. The blood of a boy and a girl violently opposed, but perilously similar. Gifted with Source, a powerful magic from interstellar beings known only as Celestials, they were born blessed; or as they view it, cursed.
