Which is basically the ground collapsing and melting, a few super volcanoes going off, and an army of demons lead by the demon Jacent. The journal gives whoever touches it gains inhuman powers. But the Angel Gabriel prophesies that only two lovers can save the world, and the two are only friends. Also the book gives the cure to the powers, once the end of the world is over.
